Official Torch. Blue techno-polymer-coated aluminum, , made by Pininfarina. The fire was lit in Olympia on November 27, 2005, and arrived in Rome on December 8. From Rome to February 10 the torch traveled over 11,300 km across Italy, also France, Switzerland and Slovenia.
